you offer a delivery service?
Yes -- Monday-Friday 7:30a.m.-4:00p.m. Rain or Shine.
Is there a fee for delivery?
Yes -- Delivery charges are 6% of invoice for Area A ( roughly defined by Santa Rosa South, Antioch / Pittsburg West, Livermore West, and San Jose North) or $50.00 whichever is greater.
Delivery charges are 8% of invoice outside of Area A up to 100 miles from Colma or $75.00 whichever is greater.
Beyond 100 miles the delivery fee will be quoted on an individual order.
Do I need to be at the delivery site when the delivery arrives?
Yes -- Deliveries must be met by whomever has the authority to accept
the plant material and the capability to assist in unloading it. Our trucks
are staffed with a single driver who will assist in offloading. Once plants
are offloaded, a signature is required to confirm quantities and conditions.
Failure to provide assistance in unloading may subject the order to additional
service charges.
 What
is the minimum I have to order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for delivery. A flat rate applies to all deliveries
under $500.00, however.
Can I send my customers to your nursery to pick out their own plants?
No -- Because we are wholesale only, the nursery is not open to the general
public. Should any of your clients want to see their plant material first
we encourage you escort them. At no time do we encourage our customers
to send their clients to the nursery on their own.
