Pacific Nurseries offers delivery service throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Deliveries require a minimum 48 hour lead-time. More time may be necessary to schedule deliveries during peak times of the year, i.e. Spring and Fall. Cancellations or postponements require 24-hour minimum advance notice. We deliver rain or shine.
Delivery charges are 6% of invoice for Area A ( roughly defined by Santa Rosa South, Antioch / Pittsburg West, Livermore West, and San Jose North) or $50.00 whichever is greater.
Delivery charges are 8% of invoice outside of Area A up to 100 miles from Colma or $75.00 whichever is greater.
Beyond 100 miles the delivery fee will be quoted on an individual order.

We will occasionally go outside these areas for special orders.
After your order is placed you will receive a call scheduling the date of your delivery. This delivery date is usually with in five days of the order. The day before your scheduled delivery you will receive another call informing you of a two-hour window of anticipated delivery time.
Deliveries are made to job site’s curb only. Due to liability, we will not enter private property without a signed release.
Deliveries must be met by whomever has the authority to accept the plant material and the capability to assist in unloading it. Our trucks are staffed with a single driver who will assist in off loading. Once plants are offloaded, a signature is required to confirm quantities and conditions. Failure to provide assistance in unloading may subject the order to additional service charges.
We deliver rain or shine. If you need to cancel due to weather we require 24 hours advance notice.
